Ever since the release of her debut album Pink Friday Ms. Nicki Minaj has been on her grind working on the follow up to the album. Nicki recently announced that her barbz & ken barbz can expect to here some news about the new project by September & that the album is expected to be released within the next 12 months.

Minaj spoke with JoJo of KIIS FM stating "You'll get another album within 12 months" & "You'll get the announcement for the next album in & I'm saying the announcement that you'll get the announcement in Septemeber. That's all".
As of now Nicki will continue to promote her new single "Super Bass" which the video will premiere within the next week. Plus the videos for "Did It On Em" & "Fly" featuring Rihanna has also been shot. Minaj will also begin touring with pop star Britney Spears on June 17th.
