Beyonce was spotted exited her lavish BMW van in New York City today with her protective bodyguard by her side. The international superstar sported blue leggings, black laced high heel boots & black jacket, it's almost time for Bey to give birth to her baby girl in February & then hopefully months later begin her world tour in support of her 4 album.
