Within the past few years gay fans have received a lot of recognition not only on media outlets like twitter but from celebrities like Beyonce & Lady Gaga. In a recent article in Female First international star Kelly Rowland has expressed her thoughts on her homosexual fan base & just how much they mean to her & her singing career.

In a the article Rowland speaks about her experience in London at the famous G-A-Y nightclub earlier this year while supporting Sophie Habibis a former X-Factor contestant. The "Lay It On Me" singer explained her feeling stating:
"My gay fans are the reason I'm here, you know what I mean. For me, the gay community provides so much strength & I really say this with from the heart".
"There is so much unconditional love, & I appreciate that it has been so amazing. When I went to G-A-Y I was so overwhelmed with the love that I almost teared up".
