Brandy used VH1's open diary documentary Behind The Music as a platform to open up her life to not only her fans but to the world & even the people who judge her. During the special Norwood recites memories of having to be perfect during every moment of her life in the beginning stages of her singing career, having to have a perfect image for the little girls who looked up to her began to be to much for her. Many people didn't know but Brandy also had a problem with being thin so she would do the wrong things to lose weight. Norwood also speaks about the last time she seen & spoke to her idol Whitney Houston & how her death changed her for the better.
