Mother monster also known as Lady Gaga was spotted in L.A. last night with some friends to dine at Mr.Chow's restaurant, & of course she was spotted by the paparazzi. Gaga was seen in a very revealing outfit which is not uncommon for the New York native, she has just wrapped the Australian leg of her Born This Way Ball tour & will be announcing the title of her next album in September.
