Katy Perry is known to resemble cotton candy when it comes to her circus like costumes & colorful hair, but the "Wide Awake" singer has taken a different route for L'Official magazine. For the September issue of the Paris magazine Perry shines on the cover with orange hair that looks amazing on her skin, it almost looks like a girl on America's Next Top Model after the makeovers.
