Mother monster is gracing the September issue of VOGUE magazine in a burgundy couture gown with blonde hair, in the issue Gaga speaks on her current Born This Way Ball tour & her new fragrance The Fame & her next album that is titled ARTPOP. The issue will be available on newsstands on August 14th.
