Moments ago Ciara announced the titled of the song that she will be collaborating on with the head Barbie in charge Nicki Minaj. The song is titled "I'm Out" & will be on her One Woman Army album that will hit store shelves on June 4th, the album has already delivered the latest single "Body Party".
