Kelly Rowland is so proud of her sister Beyonce for being a mother that she just can't contain herself. Rowland recently sat down with E! where she goes into detail of how precious baby Ivy is as she says that "she's more precious then a diamond, she's so stunning, I'm so happy for my sister & her husband".
